Bio:
William A. Moses is a visionary architect, founder of NJNOMA, and a champion for inclusive design. Born in Paterson, NJ, he blends architecture, storytelling, and technology to create spaces that uplift and heal. From healthcare centers to AR/VR environments, his work centers on people, purpose, and progress. With a focus on equity, innovation, and emotional impact, he builds environments where all voices are seen, heard, and valued.
How did you first learn about architecture and when did you decide that built environment profession was an area of interest for you?
As a kid in Paterson, with one toy and a big imagination, I built cars and characters from scraps. That drive to create never left—it evolved into designing real spaces that shape lives.
What do you do?
I design healing, immersive spaces that connect people to purpose. I blend architecture with tech, story, and emotion—transforming ideas into places that inspire, empower, and evolve communities.
What excites you in the work you do?
Watching people walk through my thoughts. Seeing vision become reality. I love designing spaces that make people feel something—safe, inspired, seen. That emotional connection drives me.

Circular waves radiate, creating a serene meditative effect that represents calmness and tranquility. Spa-like design, aquariums, and luxe finishes focus on the whole person. It’s NYC’s first radiation center using Elekta VMAT therapy.
