Hello, Im Treyvon Perry, CEO and Founder of Von Perry a tech company that 3D prints homes. We are the first team here in Dallas to construct a 3D printed home that is a on-going LIVE project. We have lots of plans and are talking to multiple cities in the DFW area. We cannot wait to help change the landscape and innovate the design/construction industries!

How did you first learn about architecture and when did you decide that built environment profession was an area of interest for you?
I first learned about architecture back in the 7th grade, which is when i started designing in software like SketchUp that pushed me ahead of my classmates and peers my whole career. I was recommended by a friend in architecture Destiny St.Cyre.

What do you do?
I am the CEO and Founder of Von Perry so my primary roles are managing the company and accomplishing our goals that are set. I also work as the lead designer of all projects, truly establishing a new culture of architecture through 3d printing tech.

What excites you in the work you do?
Its the possibilities that 3d printing offers and whats to come within the next decade. Seeing the reaction of clients when they see our prices for what they are receiving, we like to call it "attainable luxury".Saving anywhere between 20-30% of cost

Who or what inspires you professionally?
What inspires me the most is that I see a community who wants to see what Von Perry has in mind to become a reality, creating an environment that truly functions efficiently while being designed beautifully.

What is your proudest professional accomplishment or achievement?
I would definitely say giving my TEDx Talk in 2020. It was truly the beginning of showing the history of 3d printing and what the future of not only the 3d printing industry, but our society and were the industry can take us.

Featured Project Description:
Project 707 will be a huge stepping stone in introducing 3D printed homes to DFW. The project will also be the first built of a huge line up of homes designed under a much bigger idea "Project ODEN" (Oden will be a fully walkable smart city Von Perry projected to start on by 2035). 707 is 1700 sq. ft. with 3 beds and 2 bath, were able to build this home 4x faster than conventional construction through 3d printing all walls which can be completed in a week and a half. Would love to expand more!
