Bio:

The great designer, Stephanie is an experienced architect with a history of working on full scope management of industrial architecture buildings ranging from build-to-suit distribution facilities, speculative warehouse facilities, multi-story data centers, warehouse expansions and accessory interior office spaces. In the last 3 years, she has designed and built work totally over 2,331,800 SF throughout the country. She currently manages over 2.2 million SF of work under construction and design.

How did you first learn about architecture and when did you decide that built environment profession was an area of interest for you?

I first learned about architecture from reading articles with my parents as a child. Around the age of 12, I decided that becoming an architect would be life-long career.

 

What do you do?

I am Project Manager, manage and coordinate with the consultants and contractors throughout the building design and construction process.

What excites you in the work you do?

I enjoy seeing my work come to life, from the original design renderings, developing the construction drawings and visiting the site while the building is constructed. There is a huge sense of pride that comes once everything has come together!

Who or what inspires you professionally?

My family, friends and mentors. All have helped me reach my career goals and I’m truly grateful.

​

What is your proudest professional accomplishment or achievement?

Certainly my first completed building, an office expansion to a warehouse building. It was a great challenge but result was completely worth all the project and experience struggles.

Featured Project Description:

Project Aspen is a 714,680 sf build-to-suit E-Commerce distribution facility located just north of Las Vegas, Nevada. The building is comprised of a General Warehouse 693,680 sf and a Main Office and Employee Support 21,000 sf. The building is constructed with concrete tilt-up panels, low-e window glazing and industry standard structural framing and design. The building is the workplace for approximately 400 employees. The interior features the company’s branding throughout the office area.
