Featured Project Description:

Yarra One is a residential development in South Yarra’s Forrest Hill precinct. The sculptural tower’s curved facade has a bold presence among the skyline, while remaining complementary of its context. The building’s extensive timber trellis and climbing greenery that enclose the centre atrium creates a calming space and sense of retreat. Connecting Yarra Street to Daly Street, the development seeks to redefine residential amenity for the new community and neighbours alike.
