How did you first learn about architecture and when did you decide that built environment profession was an area of interest for you?
My first exposure to the architecture profession was when my Dad brought home the “blue Print” plans for our family home. I studied them and watched the house through construction. It was my first experience with “value engineering”.

I am a PA/PM at a design firm currently working in all capacities required to produce and manage a project. I supplement my efforts by seeking opportunities to engage the next gen. by sharing my story & the diverse opportunities in architecture.
What excites you in the work you do?
The process of problem solving in architecture continues to excite me. Everything from the details of a wall section to master planning a college campus. The influence of the physical environment on the experience of space is forever fascinating.
