Bio:
Guled is an architecturally trained multi-disciplinary Melbourne-based artist. Guled received a Bachelor of Architecture from Deakin University and is currently undertaking a Master of Architecture at RMIT University. From his studio GAS, Guled explores the ideas around home and connections between people and their environment through architecture and different forms of media.

Featured Project Description:
The block is an architectural exploration of the inner-city housing estates. Both a study of, and an homage to, Melbourne’s distinctive public housing estates. The black and white silent film documents the facades of the building, gently abstracting through montage and repetition focusing on key details. As to reveal, through close detail, the perspectives of the communities for whom these towers are home.
