Bio:

Claudia has experience in leading architectural and interior projects and is skilled in achieving a seamless integration between the two disciplines. She joined Bates Smart in 2005, became an Associate Director in 2008 and Studio Director in 2021. She led the project team on Crown Metropol and was instrumental in achieving town planning approval for the award-winning residential tower 35 Spring Street and The Eastbourne.

Featured Project Description:

The residential development, The Eastbourne, designed for Mirvac in association with Freemasons Victoria, delivers a new luxurious, inner-city sanctuary address. Situated on the site of the former Dallas Brooks Hall and opposite the Fitzroy Gardens, the 14-level development offers 245 apartments, ranging from one-to-seven bedrooms. Stone detailing is used as a signature feature throughout, imbuing a sense of craftsmanship, quality and refinement.
