Bio:

The Great designer, Bolanle Williams-Olley is the CFO at Mancini Duffy. With a strong background in financial analysis and strategic initiatives, Bola thrives on building relationships between teams to ensure the overall financial success of projects and
her firm. She holds a MA in Education & Social Policy from NYU, MA in Applied Mathematics & BA in Mathematics from CUNY, Hunter College. She is passionate about service and is the founder of three organizations: SheBuildsWaves, SheBuildsLives, and REACH Nigeria.

How did you first learn about architecture and when did you decide that built environment profession was an area of interest for you?

I first learnt about Architecture in High School when I took Technical Drawing , even though I didn’t study architecture in school, this one mo- ment in my journey helped when it came time to applying for a job in finance at an Architecture Firm.

What do you do?

I am the Chief Financial Officer at Mancini Duffy,I oversees the firm’s financial and operational per- formance.

​

What excites you in the work you do?

I’m excited by the innovative and collaborative work we do at our firm. With the work I do with my non-profit , I’m excited by the hope in the children’s life we impact, they feel cared for in a world working against them, nothing beats that.

Who or what inspires you professionally?

The unlimited potential of what you can accom- plish and seeing it realized is what inspires me.

What is your proudest professional accomplishment or achievement?

I’m most proud of moving up to C-Suite and be- ing afforded the opportunity to become part-own- er of a historic 100+ year old firm.
