Featured Project Description:
The Chicago State University (2004), is a four-story signature building at the entrance to its campus. Its architecture was inspired by sixteenth- to eighteenth century geometric designs on baskets and pottery in the Museum of African Art in Washington, D.C., and it resembles a distinctive jeweled African crown reflecting the cultural link from Africa to America.
